Google accepts Media RSS (mRSS), mRSS
is RSS module that supplements the element capabilities of RSS
2.0 and allow more robust media syndication. If you publish an
mRSS feed for the video content on your site, you can submit the feed's
URL instead of including the video
information in a Sitemap.
Atom 1.0:
Atom is the name of an XML-based Web content and metadata syndication
format, it
is another example of RSS feed, Google accepts Atom 1.0 format also.
